Fall Float Fly 2023 was a successful funfly - thank you all who attended!!

2023 was a smaller affair and a simple funfly due to the fire and smoke evacuation uncertainty.  Turned out we were 3 Nautical Miles from a non-fly(due to fire fighting) zone and the smoke mostly cleared and the weather was excellent.

Good job organizing members!!!!!!!!

This is the largest Float-Fly in western Canada. It takes place at Sandy Point Resort, 5km west of Salmon Arm, BC. Registration will begin Tuesday. We will provide a retrieval boat and a frequency board from at least that time on for early arrivals. In addition to great flying, corn roast,  raffles and other entertainment.  Splash-down fee is planned at $15.00.
